In-person coaching provides hands-on guidance during sessions, real-time cueing, and direct oversight. Training is highly interactive and ideal for clients who value face-to-face accountability and immediate feedback.

Online coaching delivers the same level of structure and precision remotely. Programs are customized, nutrition is managed under the same registered dietitian framework, and progress is reviewed regularly through scheduled check-ins and performance data.

Both options require consistency and commitment. Neither is a shortcut.

Is nutrition or a meal plan included in coaching?

Yes. Nutrition is an integral part of TRYM FIT coaching.

All clients receive registered dietitian–led nutrition guidance as part of their coaching relationship. Meal structure, calorie targets, and macronutrient design are built specifically around your training, goals, and lifestyle—then refined over time as your body adapts.

Nutrition is not treated as an add-on or a standalone product. It is integrated directly into your coaching experience to ensure alignment, consistency, and long-term results.

This approach allows training and nutrition to work together—intentionally and effectively.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Results require consistency, not perfection.

Most clients train 2–4 times per week and follow a structured nutrition plan designed to fit their schedule. Coaching is built to be sustainable within real life but it does require prioritization.

Will I be working directly with Tim?

Yes.

TRYM FIT is a founder-led coaching practice, and clients work within the TRYM FIT system developed and overseen by Tim. Coaching standards, programming structure, and nutrition methodology are set at the founder level.

At times, a trusted TRYM FIT coach may support sessions as needed to maintain consistency, availability, and service quality—particularly for scheduling coverage or continuity. Any supporting coach operates strictly within the TRYM FIT method and standards.

This ensures clients receive uninterrupted coaching while preserving the level of structure, accountability, and professionalism TRYM FIT is known for.

Can I work exclusively with Tim?

Yes.

Clients who wish to work exclusively with Tim may do so at the TRYM FIT personal training membership rate, subject to availability. Because founder-led coaching is intentionally limited, access is not guaranteed and is offered based on fit and scheduling capacity.
